We've got people to visit in Cardiff and Swansea. You might too. Via Aberystwyth overnight probably.
Take a lot of shortish twisting roads through mountains and along river valleys and line them up. Starting in Chester, you (can) end up in Cardiff before you know it.

A week around northern Scotland and the Outer Hebrides. Probably covering a fair bit of the NC500

The classic road trip, lots of songs and sights. Plus guns and cowboy ranches.

Nowhere famous and lots of sleeping under the stars but how can you not do it ?
