Parador A Corias
Come the Spring, a (young) man's fancy turns to thoughts of revs.
France was cold last April, so ferry to Santander and then along the coast to Cap Finisterre. In to Santiago de Compostela to suck up some culture before stopping at Chaves to get a night's sleep ahead of the N2.
It winds south through the Portuguese hills and valleys, to the Algarve. I've got some golf organised at Lagos, then across the Mediterranean coast past the Pillars of Hercules to Malaga. Finally back up past The Alhambra to Don Quixote country and back to the boat.
Got some paradores and pousadas lined up on the way.
